Book your training up to two weeks in advance. Sessions are subject to availability, with priority given to subscription clients. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Unused credits will expire after 1 month. Refunds are available for unused credits, minus a small fee. One credit allows for 30 minutes of personal training.
